Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • With all original tags, accessories, and inserts included
  • Free from damage, odors, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a partial refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Trading Card Game (TCG) cards (sealed or opened)
  • Sports cards (sealed or opened)
  • Blind box items
  • Funko Pop! figures
  • Comic books
  • Model kits
  • Other collectible items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products

Items marked “No Returns Accepted” are final sale.

Important: Sealed collectible products that have been opened, tampered with, or show signs of resealing are not eligible for return.


👟 Shoes & Apparel Returns

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
  • Shoes returned with worn soles, creases, dirt, or damaged boxes will be denied.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or pet hair.

To initiate a return:

  2. Or submit a return request through your account at https://account.paceandplay.com

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
  • For customer-initiated returns (size change, preference, etc.), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order separately

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for items confirmed delivered via carrier tracking. Fraudulent return claims may result in refusal of future service.
