Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- With all original tags, accessories, and inserts included
- Free from damage, odors, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Trading Card Game (TCG) cards (sealed or opened)
- Sports cards (sealed or opened)
- Blind box items
- Funko Pop! figures
- Comic books
- Model kits
- Other collectible items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
Items marked “No Returns Accepted” are final sale.
Important: Sealed collectible products that have been opened, tampered with, or show signs of resealing are not eligible for return.
👟 Shoes & Apparel Returns
- Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
- Shoes returned with worn soles, creases, dirt, or damaged boxes will be denied.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or pet hair.

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

📦 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
- For customer-initiated returns (size change, preference, etc.), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order separately
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for items confirmed delivered via carrier tracking. Fraudulent return claims may result in refusal of future service.
