📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped or is ready for local delivery/pickup.
  • Processing times may be extended during major holidays, product launches, or promotional periods.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout at calculated carrier rates.
  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).
  • Orders under $75 are charged based on weight and destination.

🏡 Free Local Delivery

  • Available within a 10-mile radius of Queen Creek, AZ.
  • $50 minimum purchase required.
  • Delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.
  • We will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

📍 Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available by appointment in Queen Creek, AZ.
  • No minimum purchase required.
  • You will be contacted once your order is ready for pickup.

🎯 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: Based on selected service at checkout
  • Local Delivery: 1–3 business days after processing

📬 Tracking Information

  • All shipped orders include tracking.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy

Pace and Play is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Holiday or high-volume periods

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages due to address errors.


📦 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Report damaged items within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of packaging and contents.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
  • We will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.

Pace and Play is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
