📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped or is ready for local delivery/pickup.
- Processing times may be extended during major holidays, product launches, or promotional periods.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout at calculated carrier rates.
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).
- Orders under $75 are charged based on weight and destination.
🏡 Free Local Delivery
- Available within a 10-mile radius of Queen Creek, AZ.
- $50 minimum purchase required.
- Delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.
- We will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
📍 Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available by appointment in Queen Creek, AZ.
- No minimum purchase required.
- You will be contacted once your order is ready for pickup.

📬 Tracking Information

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy
Pace and Play is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Holiday or high-volume periods
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages due to address errors.
📦 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Report damaged items within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of packaging and contents.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
- We will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.
Pace and Play is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
